Jessica Bugeja has been appointed HR Business Partner at Bvlgari in Switzerland.
Ms Bugeja joined Bvlgari in March 2025 as HR Regional Coordinator and has since progressed to the HR Business Partner role.
Commenting on the promotion, Ms Bugeja said: “This milestone reflects a journey of growth, ownership, and building meaningful partnerships across the business,” and that she is “looking forward to stepping into a role where I can continue partnering closely with leaders and supporting our incredible talent.”
Ms Bugeja brings experience across human resources, administration, and corporate operations. Earlier in her career, she worked at STMicroelectronics in Malta as an HR and Payroll Officer, gaining experience in employee administration and payroll processes. She also held the role of Executive Assistant to the Vice President at HP, where she supported senior leadership in operational and organisational matters.
Academically, Ms Bugeja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship and an Associate Diploma in Strategic People Management and Human Resources Management.
