Known for its wide range of eclectic, unique and luxurious high-value goods, Edwards Lowell has now launched an e-store, boasting superior features that allow users to compare products and filter through specific needs and wants.
Over a year into the pandemic, it's certain that some consumer trends are here to stay. One such trend is a rapid shift towards e-commerce, which started before the pandemic but hit break-neck speed in 2020 and beyond.
Indeed, online retailers have stepped up their efforts in line with this shift towards digital shopping, illustrated by Amazon’s 220 per cent profit increase in the first three months of 2021 alone.
While the foray into e-commerce saw the start of a new adventure for Edwards Lowell, the luxury company’s e-store has been designed to give users an experience similar to walking into one of its brick-and-mortar stores, that is a cut above the rest.
The company is passing on the luxury service experience to its e-customers, with functions allowing them to filter through their specific needs and wants, such as gender, budget, brand, size and more, emulating the expert assistance one would usually receive from Edwards Lowell sales staff.
Features also include the ability for a customer to compare two products along with their specs, such as size, weight, materials used and more – giving clients all the information they need to carry out their luxury purchase.
In addition, customers can rest assured that items in stock/ out of stock are clearly and reliably labelled, addressing concerns many have expressed when shopping online.
Celebrating its 96th birthday this year, Edwards Lowell's long and established history in the luxury goods space provides customers with peace of mind, all the more important in a digital world where credibility is key.
With over 5,700 luxury items for sale, between 60 and 70 per cent of the company’s world-renowned brands are available on its e-shop. In addition, popular brands such as Cartier and A. Lange & Söhne will be available on the site by the end of the year.
Edwards Lowell is offering free delivery to anywhere in Malta, and free insured shipping to anywhere in the EU for minimum purchases of €1,000.
