Calling all exhibitors! Montekristo Estates is gearing up for its annual fair, Il-Fiera l-Kbira, and the last few spaces for exhibitors are up for grabs. This year promises to be bigger and better than ever, as interest has been through the roof, according to Daniel Camilleri, Group Marketing Manager at Polidano Group, who shares the latest details about this year’s event.

"This year, we are making sure that our exhibitors get the best value, as we are putting them in the front and centre of the entire event,” says Daniel. “It goes down to the smallest of details, from the layout of the stands, their positioning relative to the floor map of the fair, as well as the sound levels of the entertainment. We are making sure that the fair is conducive to exhibitors making the best of their days on the stands, and make their sales.”

With a wealth of experience in marketing, Daniel is ensuring that exhibitors receive unparalleled exposure and engagement with their target audiences, throughout the fair.

“At Montekristo, we know very well what businesses need, and we are making sure to give them the perfect environment and combination of elements to exhibit in. No matter what their economic sector or area of operation is, we are sure that we can guarantee a successful Fiera l-Kbira to exhibitors,”

The fair, which is set to take place between June 25th to July 7th, at Montekristo Estates in Ħal Farruġ, while welcome traders from all sectors of the economy under one very big roof and is set to bring back the atmosphere of the big summer fairs of old.

“We want it to be an occasion for all the family, where people decide to spend a few hours browsing the stalls, and perhaps getting their hands on a deal or two. The variety of exhibitors and the deals on offer will be irresistible to visitors. Furthermore, since we know that the dates will also coincide with the Euro football tournament, we will also be airing matches on a big screen in our entertainment area. There footie fans can enjoy the game, and sample our very own craft beer, which we are very proud to have on tap for the occasion”, Daniel continues.

“The show doesn’t stop with the matches though. A programme of bands and singers will take the stage when there are no matches to keep punters entertained. However, the emphasis will remain on good taste, making sure that the entertainment will never get too loud, or interfere with the main act of the fair – which are the exhibitors themselves,” Daniel ensures.

Il-Fiera l-Kbira

Whether opting for a compact 3x3m booth or a more lavish 20x20m stand, Montekristo guarantees ample foot traffic for all the fair. In fact, based on past editions, an estimated daily footfall of 3,000 to 5,000 visitors is expected, with numbers bound to climb higher on weekends. Free parking for all visitors continues to sweeten the deal as it ensures hassle-free access for attendees.

“At Il-Fiera l-Kbira we want to promise amplified brand presence for exhibitors, providing a platform for exclusive offers and engagements. Exhibitors can leverage this opportunity to reach out to new audiences and connect with potential customers in a dynamic and engaging environment. Il-Fiera l-Kbira offers a non-restrictive layout, ensuring exhibitors and attendees can navigate freely through a circular path design, enhances visibility and accessibility to all exhibitors.”

With 80 exhibitors targeted for this year’s event, and most places filling up quickly, traders are encouraged to secure their spot sooner rather than later. Interested businesses are urged to visit the website to book their exhibition space and explore the various packages available.
