Graziella Axisa has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer at Michael Debono Ltd.

Michael Debono Ltd is the executive representative of Toyota in Malta.

Ms Axisa has been working at the company for the past three years, having initially joining the team as the Director of Sales.

In August 2024 she was named as an executive committee member within the company, tasked with contributing to its strategic direction, providing leadership and insights to shape key business decisions and ensure alignment with long-term objectives.

In her previous role, she served as Director of Group Business Development at Debono Group for nearly two years.

Additionally, she also held roles such as Senior Sales Manager at Etisalat, Manager of Account Management at Vodafone and Senior Manager of Business Sales at GO plc, among others.

She earned a certificate in operational sales and marketing and an advanced certificate in sales management from the Institute of Sales Management. Furthermore, she also has a Master’s in e-business and Management.
