Telecommunications company GO has announced that Ayrton Caruana, its current Chief Service Operations Officer, will also be its Chief Business Officer as of 1st October 2025.
GO explained that up until 2019, Mr Caruana led the Human Resources function, playing “a critical role in reshaping the Company’s workforce structure, organisational design, and ensuring an environment where its people could grow and thrive.”
In 2019, he embraced the challenge of leading Service Operations, where he was “instrumental” in enabling GO to be recognised as a leading contributor in making Malta a True Fibre Island and in launching the Net Zero office in Zejtun, contributing to a better and more sustainable Malta.
“Mr Caruana brings to this role a strong strategic mindset, adaptability, and a forward-looking approach that makes him well positioned to take on this new chapter”, the company said.
GO also announced that Arthur Azzopardi will relinquish his position as Chief Business Officer as of 30th September 2025.
