John Bonello Ghio is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He began his journey with the Farsons Group in 2011 as General Manager of Food Chain Limited, where he successfully led the expansion of the restaurant business through the launch of several new outlets.

In 2015, Mr Bonello Ghio was appointed Director of Quintano Foods Limited and subsequently promoted to Group Head of Food Business. In 2022, he transitioned to the Group’s head office, where he took charge of The Brewhouse and led various strategic projects. During this period, he was also appointed Director of Farsons Beverage Imports Co Ltd (FBIC).

Since July 2025, Mr Bonello Ghio has been serving as General Manager of FBIC. In this role, he oversees the company’s operations and drive continued growth in the beverages sector.
