IT enterprise solutions and services company Eworld Limited hosted a customer business seminar on Tuesday at the Corinthia Palace.

This focused on Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) storage portfolio, featuring the latest technologies and best practice. Insight was also given into the enhanced customer experience Eworld has developed for its enterprise customers offering direct access to its own call ticketing system and IT asset management.

A cutting-edge HPE compute, storage, and networking demonstration centre was exhibited through a live remote interactive session.

Finally, a discussion session was held wherein two long-standing customers from the financial and medical fields shared their experiences of working with Eworld and HPE over the last 15 years.

The session was opened by Eworld Managing Director, Raphael Micallef Trigona, who was proud to announce that it had exceeded all criteria required to renew its HPE Platinum Partner status for financial year 2023. “This is the top tier of sales and technical accreditation possible internationally with HPE,” Ing. Micallef Trigona explained, before adding: “so that means that we have invested substantially so that we can offer premium design, implementation, and support services to our esteemed customer base.”

This was endorsed by HPE Director of Sales for Eastern & Southern Europe Sasa Kerec, who congratulated Eworld on this Platinum Partner status, and said: “This demonstrated Eworld’s continued commitment to HPE. Eworld’s achievements included many “firsts” in the entire territory, and this augurs well for Maltese customers,” he concluded.
