A Certified Public Accountant by profession for more than 16 years, Eemer Bugeja has occupied various roles with international manufacturing companies.

“In 2012, I moved to Seifert Systems Ltd as the company’s Financial Controller. I have ample experience managing the finances of a dynamic company operating in a very competitive and complex market,” he says.

Seifert started more than 50 years ago when Rolf Seifert founded the company in Germany. He envisioned becoming an international supplier of thermal management products for industrial applications, recognising the need to keep electronics in an industrial environment at a consistently low temperature level and to safely dissipate any heat losses.

The company has grown into a group of companies with its own branches in Malta, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the USA and Australia.

Its most important goal is to maintain its leading market position in the air conditioning of industrial enclosures and control cabinet. The company’s slogan, “pioneering innovative”, combines vision and commitment in everything it does.
