Fexserv Fund Services Ltd has announced the appointment of Jasmine-Chanel Fenech Mula as Operations Manager, succeeding Kevin Psaila who has been promoted to General Manager. The news comes just days before the fund’s 14th anniversary.
Ms Fenech Mula, who holds a bachelor's degree in financial services from MCAST, joined the company in 2017 and has since progressed and undertaken various challenges within the fund’s accounting team.
Fexserv Fund Services said that it is excited to “continue delivering on its promise to provide ongoing development opportunities internally", adding that it is great to have “such dedicated and capable individuals” like Ms Fenech Mula developing and growing their career with the company.
Former Operations Manager Mr Psaila’s promotion to General Manager comes just two months after he was named Director.
"We continue our drive to elevate the management team supporting our Managing Director Anabel Mifsud, who will be focusing on further growth of the fund and financial services arm within the Group,” Fexserv Fund Services concluded.
Ms Mifsud congratulated both on their promotions, adding that the company is “proud to be leading a team that works hard and made these and other previous internal promotions possible”.
Established in 2008 as part of Fexserv Group, Fexserv Fund Services is a fund administration company that assists its clients in managing funds, including structuring, fund valuation and accounting, unitholder recordkeeping, along with other services.
