A DHL Boeing 757 was spotted in Malta this morning sporting a message of thanks for healthcare workers.

Landing at Malta International Airport, the plane’s livery bore the words ‘Thank You alongside a large rainbow, in a message of thanks to healthcare workers around the world fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier this year, DHL Express Malta extended their services to Government to transport vital medical equipment, and reports quote Manager Charles Schiavone as saying that 45 oxygen concentrators, imported for Mater Dei Hospital, will be delivered by the company this week. 

Mr Schiavone also paid respect to medical frontliners, extending the company’s gratitude to members of the Armed Forces of Malta, the Police and the security services at Malta International Airport.
