Kylie Ghirxi is a committed professional with a strong background in accounts, economics, and international business support.

"Early in my career, I gained valuable experience in administration and client relations, which strengthened my organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively," she shares. She later broadened her professional exposure at PwC Malta, rotating through the Tax, Audit, and Banking Consulting departments. This experience provided her with hands-on insight into financial reviews, regulatory processes, and the operational dynamics of professional services.

Over the years, Ms Ghirxi supported a range of companies across different sectors, including logistics, invoicing, compliance, operational coordination, and aviation-related training. These roles enabled herto develop a practical and well-rounded understanding of business processes and cross-sector operations.

"I currently serve as a Senior Executive in Incentives and Grants at Trade Malta," she says, "where I guide companies through application processes, eligibility assessments, and reimbursement procedures."

Ms Ghirxi holds an MSc in Economics, which further strengthens her analytical skills and supports her ability to deliver informed and effective professional guidance.
