Deo Scerri has announced that with effect from 30th September 2024, he has resigned from his position as a member of the Advisory Board of 35°14° Capital Partners Limited.

The Advisory Board was set up to ensure the proper governance of the company in the interest of all investors.

Mr Scerri says he never held any direct or indirect interest in the Company, its subsidiaries or affiliated entities and was never involved in the management or operations of the said entities.
