Daniel Cremona on Thursday announced that he has been named Director of Global Supply Chain & Malta Operations at HID Global.
His new position at the hardware and software solutions company comes after he served as Director for Malta Operations for three years.
While HID Global is headquartered in Austin, Texas, Mr Cremona will be working at its manufacturing site in Malta, which was established in 2009.
Prior to his time at the company, he also worked as Process Manager and Operational Excellence Support Manager at physical and digital solutions firm De La Rue. Additionally, he also had a four-year experience at medical equipment manufacturer Baxter International, where we worked in various production-related roles. Mr Cremona also worked as Systems Design Engineer at EN Engineering.
Mr Cremona holds a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at University of Malta. He is a Warranted Engineer from the Chamber of Engineers and is particularly skilled in project management and lean manufacturing.
