After 25 years of operating in Naxxar, COSAS has announced it will close its physical store. 

“The decision wasn't easy and was taken with a very heavy heart. However, we knew that this day would eventually come, sooner or later. It marks the end of a fantastic journey and the beginning of an exciting new chapter,” the Facebook post read.

The store, known for gifts like hand-painted ceramic tiles, pots, rugs and hammocks, thanked customers for their loyalty and support over the years, adding that getting to know “so many wonderful people” has been their “biggest highlight.”

The move comes as part of a strategic shift towards digital retail. COSAS plans to launch a new online store before the end of the year, where customers will be able to purchase existing products and explore new offerings.

The brand emphasised that, while the physical location will close, its services and product range will remain accessible through the online platform.
