The company is currently on the lookout for a polished and proactive Client Experience & Ops Coordinator to play a key role across its premium B2B media brands.

The role presents an exciting opportunity for an organised and driven individual to work closely with operations and editorial teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of tasks while delivering first-class support to corporate clients and partners. The chosen candidate will be based at Quad Central in Malta’s Central Business District – a dynamic work environment that offers excellent facilities including private parking, gym, a supermarket, restaurants, cafés, and more.

What the Role Entails

The Client Experience & Ops Coordinator will be responsible for general office duties, liaising with clients, streamlining administrative tasks, working alongside sales and editorial teams, and supporting brand performance across the board. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in fast-paced, corporate or media environments. Strong communication skills in English and a mature, client-focused mindset are essential.
