The Company offers non-independent advisory services, stockbroking services, portfolio management, and nominee services, through a team of experts who are authorised to provide investment advice and portfolio management. MZ Investment Services Ltd is an approved member of the Malta Stock Exchange and is also enrolled as a tied insurance intermediary of MAPFRE MSV Life p.l.c. to carry-on long-term business of insurance. The Company manages the licensing, notification, and listing requirements in Malta of internationally registered investment funds and presently acts as a sponsor to Brooks Macdonald International Investment Fund Limited. The Company also provides sponsor services to Corporate Clients applying for admissibility to listing of securities on the Malta Stock Exchange and acts as a fiduciary and placement agent for private issues.

The Company’s main mission has always been to assist customers to achieve their financial goals, through its customer-orientated focus strategies. The Discretionary Portfolio Management Services gives investors the peace of mind of knowing that their investments are being actively monitored and managed by a team of financial experts.
