Trident Estates plc is a public limited liability company listed on the Malta Stock Exchange. The Trident Group is one of the leading real estate companies in Malta with a total property portfolio valued at over €100 million as at 31st January 2024. The portfolio includes a mix of commercial properties, including properties available for rental and properties that are held for development.

Until January 2018, the Trident Group formed part of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc (SFC), one of the leading and most established businesses in Malta. To date, the majority shareholders of Trident Estates plc (who jointly own 75% of the share capital) are identical to those of SFC.

Trident Estates plc was spun off from SFC in order to allow the Trident Group to develop a dedicated set-up to focus entirely on maximising the real estate potential of its extensive property base. Today, the team includes various professionals with vast experience in development projects.

The latest addition to the extensive portfolio is Trident Park, developed by Trident Park Ltd, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trident Estates plc.
