Bernice Baldacchino recently announced that she has been appointed General Manager at Vacation Club Management Services (VCMS) Co Ltd Malta.

Ms Baldacchino has been working with VCMS since its establishment, having held the role of Head of Collections and Compliance.

VCMS was founded in 2020 and is the service arm of Vacation Club Services LTD (VCSL). It was set up by First National Trustee Company Limited (FNTC), a UK-based company.

The company is an independent vacation club manager that took over the three vacation clubs based at their home resort, Radisson Blu Resort and Spa, at Golden Sands Mellieha. Its aim is to provide services to club members and to manage the clubs on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to her employment with VCMS she held the role of Head of Collections and Credit Control at Azure Services Limited at Golden Sands Resort as well. Additionally, her career included the roles of MLRO and Compliance Officer and Head of Internal Compliance at ARQ Group.

Prior to that she was a Compliance Manager at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates as well as Head of the Compliance Department at Portman International.

Ms Baldacchino has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Study World Global College Malta.
