Bank of Valletta’s branch in Paola has re-opened for business following extensive refurbishment works that has seen the branch adopting BOV’s new customer-centric concept for the benefit of the bank’s customers in a journey that will take BOV towards a better and more sustainable future.
Paola branch is BOV’s second branch with this concept following the inauguration of the bank’s new Sliema branch in October 2021.
The branch features a completely new modern look and feel with an improved working environment for the staff that forms part of the bank’s strategic transformation that will enable new and better ways of working with its customers. This is just one part of the bank’s strategy to reduced back-office paperwork, introduce better and simplified processes and digitising its services in line with the requirements of today’s modern community.
The branch also aims to be energy and water efficient, utilising all natural, fast renewing materials and electronic advertising that reduces paper use. Green walls, besides their physical and mental health benefits, provide extra insulation and better air quality.
The Paola branch has a different look and feel to the classic BOV branch, using the same colour lines of Malta’s traditional Luzzu, first used in its Sliema branch.
Over the coming weeks, the bank shall also be reopening its branches in Zurrieq and Siggiewi, that have also been undergoing extensive refurbishment in line with this new concept over the last months.
