Seasoned project manager and IT professional Alex Galea has been promoted to Head of Technology at Vivendo Group, a local furniture group of companies, he shared on Thursday.
Mr Galea has been entrusted with the new role after serving as ICT Manager at the group for almost 18 years. During that time, he became skilled in project management, business analysis and management.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in Swindon, the United Kingdom.
Vivendo Group specialises in end-to-end provision of technical services, finishing, and furnishing to the business-to-business industry, with its services being complemented by a variety of retail furniture brands that range from “inspirational flat-pack for beautiful and affordable homes to time-honoured designed pieces for world-class workspaces”. The group has managed to expand its operations beyond Malta’s shores over the years, with it also providing its services to clients in Cyprus.
