Founded in January 2015 by the entrepreneur Goran Kordić, Webtek Digital Ltd started out as a full-service digital agency. In its early years, the company was known for delivering bespoke marketing campaigns for several consumer technology giants, primarely Sony Entertainment, Samsung and Bosch.

Alongside its work in consumer electronics, Webtek also built a strong reputation within the public sector, with the Croatian Government marking its early beginnings.

After several years operating in high-compliance environments, the agency began looking outward – and Malta’s growing iGaming scene quickly caught its attention. It became a turning point in its journey, steering it toward the regulated industries space and ultimately inspiring the decision to rebrand.

“We didn’t just stumble into iGaming – we saw the opportunity at SIGMA in 2019 and knew exactly what to do with it,” said Goran Kordić, CEO of Omniserp Ltd. “Malta’s iGaming sector moves fast and demands precision. That’s our kind of challenge.”

Webtek’s expansion to Malta as an inspiring moment

Betsson Group became the agency’s first major iGaming client in Malta, with Webtek supporting its content operations and link-building efforts across several markets. Brands like CasinoEuro, Betsafe, Rizk and NorgesAutomaten benefited from multilingual SEO campaigns, while the agency steadily expanded its team of SEO professionals and kept an eye on opportunities in crypto and AI.

Soon enough, its fast output, regulatory fluency, and omnichannel execution became a hallmark of its work - opening the door to new partnerships across the regulated space. A name that reflected that momentum and capability was the next logical step.

Now, ten years in, the company is sharpening its focus under a new name

While Webtek’s legacy in consumer tech and the public sector remains part of its DNA, the company’s future lies in regulated industries – namely iGaming, crypto, and AI. The rebrand to Omniserp signals a strategic shift toward omnichannel execution, combining deep industry knowledge with specialised digital products and services.

“Speed, structure, and scale became the way we operate within the SEO industry,” said Goran. “We needed a name that reflected that evolution, and Omniserp is exactly the word we’ve been looking for. It’s built to carry the weight of where we’re going next.”

With its new identity, Omniserp isn’t aiming to be everything for everyone. Instead, it’s focused on building sharp, dependable tools and delivering high-trust services that help clients in regulated industries stay ahead – efficiently and compliantly.

“The last ten years built our reputation. The next ten will define our edge,” said Goran Kordić, CEO of Omniserp Ltd. “We’re not just offering services anymore. We’re developing the infrastructure regulated industries rely on. Our brand protection product is already gaining ground, and by the end of the year, we plan to raise the bar entirely.”
