Suzanne Brincat Dowdall began her career in the maritime industry in 1994 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998, with a specialisation in Maltese Taxation. She also holds a Diploma in Crew Management awarded by Lloyd’s Maritime Academy.

With over 30 years of experience in the maritime sector, Ms Brincat Dowdall has developed deep expertise in a range of areas including ship and yacht registration, yacht customs importation, yacht leasing structures, vessel accounting, crew payroll and seafarer social security, crew management, company formation, and Maltese VAT and Tax compliance. She has served on the boards of various companies, supported clients in establishing ownership structures, and advised numerous businesses on tax-efficient frameworks aligned with Maltese regulations.

A committed and passionate maritime professional, Ms Brincat Dowdall is known for her meticulous approach, technical acumen, and solution-oriented mindset. Her objective is to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored, high-quality services grounded in deep industry knowledge.

She is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Malta Chamber of Commerce, the Malta Maritime Law Association, and the Malta Maritime Forum.
