Great challenges were encountered when setting the next stone for a third generation in a family business. “This is where I was 26 years ago when my career in insurance started to be chiselled to take the helm of one of Malta’s oldest standing insurance agencies together with my brother, William,” Peter England explains.

Throughout the years, he remained focused on delivering a true picture of insurance by clearly defining both sides of the coin together. “Along with a commitment to efficiency and honesty,” he says, “this allowed me to achieve a solid bond with clients and staff members alike. Today, I look back and see how to always better the service and prove how essential small family-run companies are in our economy and how we can still strive with the giant competitors around us,”

The challenge today, he notes, is to keep striving in a hybrid market where clients need to find you there when needed most while increasing the service online.
