With over 20 years of experience in human resources and business advisory, Maria Bartolo Zahra has led diverse projects in reward systems, job evaluation, organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment and training.

“My expertise,” she explains, “lies in remuneration and reward consulting, developing pay structures, executive incentives and performance management.

She has worked across sectors like manufacturing, hospitality, IT and financial services, lectured at Middlesex University (Malta) and held leadership roles in various organisations.

“I co-founded SurgeAdvisory in 2017 to continue my passion for fostering organisational excellence,” Ms Bartolo Zahra asserts.
