It was in 2018 that Kurt Buhagiar started as a full-time HR & Payroll Manager with Clentec.

“My main duties,” he explains, “include monitoring employee orientations, inputting data to prepare for monthly payroll and seeking new talent for our team. Currently managing 100+ employees, he is in charge of overseeing administrative duties and improving the company's systems.

Mr Buhagiar received an Award in Employment Law from the Malta Employers’ Association in 2019.
