After obtaining a B.Com in Management from the University of Malta, Karl Sciberras’s early career spanned roles in retail, manufacturing and aviation. “During these years,” he acknowledges, “I developed an understanding of different business environments and strategies.”

In 2005, he joined Tektraco as Head of the Lab. Division, overseeing sales and marketing for a range of laboratory products, with a particular focus on the Libyan petroleum market. In 2012, he was promoted to Operations Manager, expanding his responsibilities to include the medical and telecoms divisions. In this role, he focused on streamlining operations and cross-departmental collaboration, as well as service delivery and client satisfaction.
