Justin Fenech is the Chief Executive Officer of Arkafort, a Malta-based managed technology company focused on structured, secure and mission-ready IT environments for businesses operating across hospitality, healthcare, retail and manufacturing.

Mr Fenech's professional background spans both technology and operational environments, including client-facing roles within upscale hospitality establishments, major tour operating companies, and international cruise operators such as Royal Caribbean International and Norwegian Cruise Line.

From a young age, he developed a strong curiosity for how systems, people and operations connect together, an approach that continues to shape the way he views technology today: not simply IT systems, but as a critical part of business performance, customer experience and operational reliability.

Alongside his focus on operational strategy and technology governance, Mr Fenech places strong emphasis on building high-performance teams and cultivating a company culture centred around accountability, consistency and ownership.
