I am the Chief Executive Officer of Arkafort, a Malta-based managed technology company focused on delivering structured, secure, and mission-ready IT environments for businesses operating across the hospitality, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors.

Originally established in 2011 and rebranded as Arkafort in 2017, the company specialises in orchestrating technology ecosystems designed to support operational continuity, resilience, and long-term scalability.

My professional background spans both technology and operational environments, including client-facing roles within upscale hospitality establishments, major tour operating companies, and international cruise operators such as Royal Caribbean International and Norwegian Cruise Line.

From a young age, I developed a strong curiosity about how systems, people, and operations connect. That curiosity continues to shape the way I view technology today: not simply as IT systems, but as a critical driver of business performance, customer experience, and operational reliability.

Alongside my focus on operational strategy and technology governance, I place strong emphasis on building high-performing teams and cultivating a company culture centred around accountability, consistency, and ownership.

Under my leadership, Arkafort has become increasingly recognised for its structured approach to IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, and proactive operational support. Our philosophy centres around Mission-Ready IT – ensuring that business environments are engineered to remain resilient, prepared, and operational before, during, and after pressure arises.

Today, I am particularly focused on the growing importance of orchestration, resilience engineering, and governance as businesses continue adopting increasingly complex digital and AI-driven technologies.
