After graduating in engineering, Joseph Micallef pursued a career in the manufacturing industry and, through the different positions he occupied, he soon realised the importance for strategy evolution and the continuous strive for excellence in whatever one does.

He has over three decades of diverse industry consulting experience and is passionate about guiding organisations towards "innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric, high-quality performance".
