Jeannine Giglio, Managing Partner at LexPractis Legal, is also head of the legal firm’s Financial Services Department and leads the Trusts and Foundations Department. The services offered by the Trusts and Foundations Department are the responsibility of the firm’s trust company that is authorised and licensed by the Malta Financial and Services Authority.

“My main focus is to ensure quality and optimisation in the delivery of the firm’s professional services,” Dr Giglio points out.

She is a Board Member of the Association of International Tax Consultants, of which she is also a past President.
