“With my background in HR and international talent development and having worked in enterprises of various sizes, I use my knowledge and expertise, together with my own continuous learning, to train, coach and motivate individuals on reaching their goals and sales targets as easily and as quickly as possible,” Frank Borg explains.

The author of three books on sales, goals and public speaking, Mr Borg, who attended college in Bath and Oklahoma, built a wide variety of training content for groups of all sizes. Throughout his career, he trained many people from diverse demographics and cultures throughout parts of Europe, North, Central and South America and the Philippines.

“In my role as Chief People Officer at Alliance, I am in charge of human resource development and serve as manager and resident trainer of the Alliance Academy,” he notes.

Mr Borg is constantly managing a series of courses at different levels as well as supporting other lecturers to deliver the real estate licensing course to the company’s team of property advisors.
