It was when he ventured into some property deals through family and company properties, about 20 years ago, that David John Dimech started his journey in the real estate sector.

“Having worked mostly in sales and design-related posts, my transition into property was quite natural. Since joining Dhalia in 2015, I have focused 100 per cent on the property market in its various forms and specialised in luxury properties and plots/sites for development,” he explains.

Mr Dimech acknowledges that, through the years in the industry, total commitment to customer service, the contacts acquired and his “amazing faithful clients” helped him earn several company awards and achievements. In fact, his efforts and achievements since joining Dhalia were acknowledged by being given the Top Sales Consultant Award in 2020.
