David Felice is an architect and Founder of AP Valletta, occupying the post of Executive Director, since 1991.

His career also saw him hold the positions of Executive Board Member of the Architects Council of Europe and President of the Chamber of Architects and Civil Engineers in Malta.

Further, he occupied the post of Chairman of the Valletta 2018 Foundation that successfully bid for the title of European Capital of Culture.
