David Felice is an architect and Founder of AP Valletta since 1992, occupying the post of Executive Director.

His career also saw him hold the positions of Executive Board Member of the Architects Council of Europe and President of the Chamber of Architects and Civil Engineers in Malta. Furthermore, he was the Chairman of the Valletta 2018 Foundation that successfully bid for the title of European Capital of Culture.

AP Valletta are currently the architectural and design studio responsible for the development of Skyparks 2 at Luqa airport and the new tapestries museum at St. John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta.
