With vast experience in catering, hospitality and retail with some of the bigger names in Malta, including the Farsons Group, Westin Dragonara Hotel and Marks & Spencer, Andrew Attard joined The Convenience Shop in 2015.

“My role and responsibilities,” he explains, “have always focused on management, overseeing daily operations, coordinating the opening of new operations and identifying new business opportunities to evolve further.”

As the COO of the Group, he oversees the operational function of the business, securing its continuous improvement, growth and success, while also focusing on the company’s employees, thus ensuring a family-friendly working environment that provides careers-opportunities and personal development.

“I also have CSR initiatives at heart, which I drive forward, ensuring that the company delivers and reaches as many people in need as possible, while creating that much needed positivity in their lives, Mr Attard says.
