Amanda Balzan joined Business Office Services International (BOSI), which has its headquarters in Luxembourg, in 2015 and was tasked with completing the Malta-based business centre and commence local operations. “Six years later,” she asserts, “BOSI Malta, continues to grow from strength to strength with high levels of customer retention and customer experience.”

Ms Balzan is responsible for the overall management of the business centre and meeting facilities supported by what she describes as an extraordinary support team, ensuring customers continue to enjoy the excellent service that has distinguished the company’s offering over the past years.
