Andrew Morgan is Group Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Management Services, a leading corporate and trust service provider with offices in both the Isle of Man and Malta.

“As Chief Executive Officer, my principal responsibility is to oversee the development of the organisation across all its jurisdictions,” he explains.

Affinity is dedicated to providing shore-based support, VAT and corporate services for superyachts and aircraft. It also administers a wide range of trust and corporate ownership structures and possesses a wealth of expertise in areas such as yachting, shipping, aviation, e-Gaming as well as general trust and company administration.

Mr Morgan, who has a Master’s in Business Administration has worked in the corporate and trust service sectors for the past 15 years. A a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors, he has served on the board of the Isle of Man Association of Corporate Service Providers since 2017.

He is also a member of Rotary International.
