Malta-based White Hat Gaming has announced new additions to their executive team. Rob Fell and Andy Whitworth will take roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer respectively.
The duo have worked together numerous times in the past, including most recently at NetEnt where they played major roles in NetEnt’s sale to Evolution.
White Hat’s board commented that Mr Fell and Whitworth will “elevate the company to the next phase of our exciting journey.”
The company has expressed a desire to expand into the US, where its player account management system is already being used to power Penn National Gaming’s betting offerings in multiple states across the US.
White Hat Gaming said, “their breadth of experience, combined with leadership qualities and a shared vision, give us complete confidence that appointing Rob and Andy will elevate the company to the next phase of our exciting journey.”
Mr Fell announced his excitement to join the company, saying “the team has delivered exceptional growth and the deals signed and quality offering today are a testament to that.”
He also expressed his excitement at being able to rejoin Mr Whitworth, saying he hopes they can work again for years to come: “5 years now Andy Whitworth! Can we make it 10?”
