Keith Zammit has been welcomed to the Board of Trident Fund Services (Malta) Ltd, it was announced on Friday.

According to the Company’s Managing Director Albert Cilia, Mr Zammit will join the Board pending regulatory approval.

Taking to social media, Mr Cilia said, “we look forward to his continued energetic contribution in his new role as a Director of the company that he has helped develop”.

Mr Zammit is currently Head of Operations at Trident Trust, a position that he has held for nearly three years.

Before that, he worked stints at PwC Malta and at SGGG Fexserv Fund Services (Malta) Ltd.

Commenting on his appointment to the Board, he said: “I will do my best to excel in this position. I am grateful for the opportunity”.

Trident Trust is a leading independent corporate, fiduciary and fund administrator, which employs over 900 staff across the world.

It established its Malta office in 2011, from where it provides services relating to compliance, company administration, accounting, payroll, corporate and secretarial services, amongst others.
