San Anton School has shared their condolences for the passing of Professor Denis Cushieri, who served as a trusted advisor to the Head of School for many years.

“We are saddened to hear of the passing of Professor Denis Cuschieri. Throughout his years at San Anton School up until 2007, Professor Cuschieri provided invaluable support to our staff, enriching both academic programmes and curricular development. His vast knowledge and inspiring presence touched countless lives within our school community.”

The professor served as a trusted advisor to Heads of School, while maintaining his characteristic humility. 

The school had nothing but praise for him.

“He never imposed his views, but rather shared his wisdom with a gentle and kind demeanor that put everyone at ease. His dedication to preserving the school's philosophy and ethos was unwavering, and his naturally inquisitive mind sparked meaningful discussions that left lasting impressions on all who worked with him.”

“We extend our heartfelt condolences to his children and family during this difficult time.”
