Steve Mercieca, CEO and co-founder of QuickLets and Zanzi Homes, which form the QLZH Group, is marking the seventh anniversary since the launch of his real estate business, which took off to a modest start back in 2013.

“7 years ago; the birth place of what today has become Malta’s largest estate agency,” he wrote on social media, alongside an image of the CEO’s home office at the start of his successful adventure.

“With the energy of 489 awesome people in 31 offices, we have a database of 79,709 properties and 63,860 clients,” he added.

QuickLets and Zanzi Homes have fast developed and grown to become major players in Malta’s real estate sector, increasing its offices year on year, evolving from a one-man show with the support of two part-time co-founders into a team of almost 500 people.

Alongside his real estate work, Mr Mercieca also founded the QLZH Foundation in 2013 – formally launched in 2018 – which, among others, has contributed towards cleaning up Malta’s seabed through organised clean-ups, aims to plant one million trees over 10 years, and build a new house in Africa for every one sold in Malta.
