"Ask for forgiveness, not permission"

Business Profile

I have the privilege of leading one of the largest providers of telecommunication services in Malta and Cyprus.

Our purpose at GO is to ‘drive a digital Malta where no one is left behind’. I believe that a strong purpose backed by empowered people drives long-term performance. Our purpose goes beyond the provision of products and services, or the roll-out of digital infrastructure, it is defined by the digital transformation taking place across societies and focused on the impact it wants to have on societies in Malta and beyond.

As an experienced leader, I am passionate about building a purpose-driven organisation where an authentic purpose permeates through the strategy and every aspect of our decision-making. I believe in fostering a culture that empowers employees to experience deep learning, try new things, take risks, collaborate, and become energised by the growth of their professional lives.

Living, working and studying across three continents has made me a truly global citizen with a strong conviction that global cooperation and mutual understanding across cultures is the key to solving some of our greatest social and environmental challenges.
