I am an experienced Human Resources and Training Consultant with my experience focussed in sectors spanning manufacturing, financial services and health. I deliver group training sessions and one-to-one coaching with special attention to management and leadership skills. Other areas of focus include training in specific essential skills in the workplace, such as conflict management, assertiveness, feedback and presentation skills. I also tackle specific challenges that clients bring forward for feedback, including intrapersonal and interpersonal skills that may be impacting on their leadership effectiveness. I also deliver team building sessions to PsyPotential’s wide client base. These sessions include self-reflective exercises and team activities with the ultimate aim of improving team dynamics at the workplace.
