In my current role as CTO of Melita Limited, I am responsible for leading and executing the organisation’s technology roadmap and operations.

My professional career in the technology and telecommunications industry spans over 25 years. Having joined Melita Ltd in 1999, I’ve worked in various senior roles, leading multi-skilled teams to deliver strategic projects including rollouts on both fixed and mobile networks. Key achievements include spearheading the nationwide rollout of 4G and 5G mobile networks and the evolution of Melita’s fixed broadband network with next generation, multi-gigabit capabilities

I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malta, and have also completed an Executive Management Programme at INSEAD Business School in France.
