I am responsible for GO's business arm across all segments of business – corporate clients, small to medium organisations and SOHOs. I am highly experienced in B2B relationship building and high-level customer care across all communications services. Over the years, as a team, we managed to cement strong relationships with our customers through dedicated account management, bespoke communications solutions, and unmatched infrastructure. I am also involved in product development, pricing packages, periodic and ad hoc research, implementation of strategy, process setting and review, and post launch evaluations to ensure success through the product life cycle.
