Business Profile

I founded Ciantar Group in 2016 while still studying architecture. It began with finishing works on a single terraced house, and word of mouth did the rest. I eventually left my Master’s a few months before completing it to focus on our projects full-time. Our first major project, a 24-apartment block in St Paul’s Bay, marked our move from subcontractor to developer, and in 2021 we began acquiring and developing our own projects. Today the Group manages the full lifecycle in-house, from acquisition and design to construction, finishing, and sale or retention. I stay closely involved, from reviewing layouts with our architects to meeting clients on site. I believe our industry earns trust through the quality of what it delivers, and that our people are central to our growth. Ten years on, my focus remains on creating homes and communities that are built to stay.
