Founded in 2016 by Darren Ciantar, Ciantar Group is a Maltese property group that delivers fully finished homes built to last. What began as a finishings specialist has, in under a decade, grown into a multi-company organisation spanning design, construction, finishing and property ownership.

The Group follows an end-to-end model. It acquires sites, carries out design, planning and permit preparation in-house, builds through its own contracting arm, and completes every project with high-standard finishes on both façades and interiors. Some developments are sold, while others are retained to build a long-term asset base, giving the Group a lasting stake in the quality of what it delivers.

Ciantar Group’s portfolio spans residential, hospitality and commercial projects in localities including Qawra, Għargħur, Żabbar, Tarxien and Marsa. Current developments include Xwieki Heights in Għargħur and Ta’ Leżja Residence in Dingli.
