I joined Avenue 77 in January 2020 to manage the Sales and Marketing functions of this new business venture aimed at building a new kind of workplace, after a career spanning almost twenty-five years in the retail and services industry. Today Avenue 77 is a leading, state-of-the-art business centre in the Central Business District, offering flexible, serviced workspaces, customisable offices, meeting rooms, event venues and commercial spaces. The business centre provides a vibrant hub for businesses to thrive, with premium amenities, a collaborative community, and a lively selection of lifestyle amenities.

This cutting-edge workplace accommodates various work approaches, from office-first to hybrid work, supporting employees who choose to work from the office daily or a few days per week.

Responsible for Sales and Business Development initiatives, my main focus is that of driving strategic growth and maintaining lasting client relationships.
