The overall design of Avenue 77 was assigned to Soulbricks, a Belgium-based design house that specialises in the design and operation of business centres in Luxembourg and Belgium. The design adopted focuses on integrating comfort, a tranquil ambience and technology in the workplace. This is amply reflected in the stylish business centre with fully kitted out offices which accommodate teams of different sizes, meeting rooms and boardrooms, training rooms and a pitch arena, phone booths, break-out spaces and other areas to meet and greet colleagues, clients and visitors.

At street level Avenue 77 commercial outlets provide F&B – Cuba, Coffee Fellows, Panku Streetfood and A77 bar; Wellness & Beauty: StudioFifteen and FreemyMe; Antonio’s Signature and Dee Spas Beauty; Retail shops: Karrari and CSociety.

Parking is available in the underground levels with electric charging points as a standard service.
