Peter Hili will be taking on the position of Chief Operating Officer at Premier Capital plc, the company announced on Wednesday via the Malta Stock Exchange.

Malta-based and founded Premier Capital is the Developmental Licencee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania. According to the company’s website, it generates revenue in excess of €300 million from 167 restaurants, employs over 9,000 people and serves more than 150 million customers every year.

Mr Hili will be retaining his current role as Managing Director of Premier Restaurants Malta Ltd, a subsidiary of Premier Capital that operates Malta’s McDonald’s restaurants.

As COO of Premier Capital, he will be taking over from Tomasz Nawrocki, who resigned with effect from 1st June 2022 to take up another senior management role within Hili Ventures.
