A new Board of Directors has been announced by Tigne Mall on behalf of The Point shopping, following the company’s Annual General Meeting held yesterday.

Caroline Buhagiar Klass, David Demarco, Marzena Formosa, Joseph Zammit Tabona and Joseph M. Zrinzo were all nominated and elected to the board as Non-Executive Directors.

Mr Zrinzo has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, alongside David Demarco (Chairman of the Audit Committee) and Caroline Buhagiar Klass.

Mr Zrinzo has been in business since 1972 and has served in various executive management positions with both local and international institutions. Until 2019, he was a Director on the Board of Bank of Valletta, and is currently the Managing Director of a group of family companies.
